Step One

Pick a package. Your first step is to browse through the wedding photography packages below and determine which suits your special day and your budget best. Can create custom package as well.

Step Two

Sign your contract. Once you select the package that suits your needs, email me directly and I will send you a PDF contract reflecting the terms and conditions of the wedding photography services. Read and sign the contract and send a photo/scan of the signed contract page to me. Step Three

Pay the booking fee to secure your date. Once the signed contract is received, I will send you an invoice for the booking fee (50% of the total charge). When this invoice is paid, your wedding date is reserved in my calendar!

Step Four

Engagement Session! If you choose a package that includes an engagement session (and I hope you do!) we'll schedule it. The engagement session is a great opportunity for me to meet the two of you and for us to get comfy working together. I'll teach you all about posing and help you feel super confident in preparation for your wedding day.

Step Five

Logistics Meeting. Around 2-6 weeks before your wedding date, we'll have a logistics meeting to talk through names of family members, schedule, and the all-important shot list. This can be in person or over the phone.

Step Six

Final Payment. The final payment is due 30 days before your wedding day. If you need more time that is fine as long as you communicate with me and it is paid by the wedding day.

Step 7

Wedding Day. Just relax and enjoy every moment. I'll be the ninja with the camera and the shot list, snapping away.

Step 8

Sneak Peek. That's right you will receive a mini-gallery of sneak peek photos delivered to your inbox within 24-72 hours after the wedding so you can share your joy with the world (or just enjoy reliving those moments while you're on your honeymoon).

Shooter Only Services

$300 per hour of shooting



In this day and age, many couples have access to editing software or want to try culling and editing the photos from their wedding day. Or some couples may want to save money on paying me to edit your photos and instead have a friend do the editing. If that’s you, this service is ideal for you. 

• As many hours of coverage as you like by Kelsey Michelle, minimum of 2 hours 
• No editing, no culling, no file storage. Just shooting 
• All digital raw files handed straight to you right out of my camera on SD cards when we're all wrapped up. 

Elopement Package

Don't skip the photos! I'm happy to help you decide on location and timing so your memories (and your photos) are as beautiful as they are meaningful.

With a shortened timeframe, the minimalist is perfect for catching the setting, ceremony, portrait hour, and some frame-worthy couple shots. Recommended for small backyard weddings.

Kelsey rides solo on this, so let’s coordinate the getting ready photos to make sure the bride and the groom both get some shutter time pre-ceremony.
